positions in the manufacturing,
engineering and IT skill areas. |

Willingness to market to new
customers. This responsibility
would be approximately 25% of a
given week and would primarily
be networking, not cold-calling. |

Willingness to travel (locally)
to meet with customers. Expect 1
to 4 onsite visits with
customers each month. |

Proven track record of using
networking, internet resources
and cold calling to proactively
identify well qualified
candidates for our customers. |

Broadband internet connection at
home for database access and
customer relationship software
